What is Young Voice?

Young Voice! is a new and exciting way for you to tell the Council what you think about the issues - big and small - that affect you. It's as simple as us sending you e-mails to complete surveys each term, and you sending them back!

Why Young Voice?

Your local Council is trying to improve your local area and the services it provides to you. To do this, we need to know what you think about all sorts of issues, e.g how safe you feel or what you think about the leisure activities available to you.

Young Voice! is an important way for us to talk to you. We don’t have a magic wand to grant all your wishes, but we do really want to understand the things that matter to you!

Who else is taking part?

So far over 200 young people are part of Young Voice and it's still growing. So, don't get left on the shelf - sign-up today!

What is involved?

All you have to agree to complete 3 surveys a year (one per term) - each one takes about 15 mins to do! We will also e-mail from time to time with “hot topic” polls about what's going on either locally or across the UK. What you tell us will be used to develop the panel.

Why should I be part of developing Young Voice?

Simple - it's quick, it's easy, it's fun and it's your big chance to make a difference on the issues that affect you.

To top it all off, as a way of saying thanks, we will enter you into a prize draw for every survey you complete online. This is your chance to win up to Ł50 worth of vouchers of your choice - like the other 20 winners in WF so far!
