If you can' t, cut down Practise safer sex If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation Take up cancer screening opportunities Cover up in the sun Visit your doctor or Nurse or speak with someone you trust if you think you have a problem Be safe on the roads: follow the Highway Code Learn the First Aid ABC - airways, breathing and circulation
