Wanna look and feel fab? Feel more energetic? Concentrate better at school, college or work?  These pages will give you advice on how to keep healthy and what to do if you are worried about your own or someone elses health. There are lots of organisations that can give you advice, and lots of them are just for people of your age.

To get you in the zone, here are our top ten tips for staying healthy!

Follow a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables

Regular physical activity will help you look and feel better. Try to increase the amount of exercise you do to 30 minutes, at least 5 days each week

Don't smoke. If you can, stop. If you can' t, cut down

Practise safer sex

If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation

Take up cancer screening opportunities

Cover up in the sun

Visit your doctor or Nurse or speak with someone you trust if you think you have a problem

Be safe on the roads: follow the Highway Code

Learn the First Aid ABC - airways, breathing and circulation
